Established in 1979 on Bainbridge Island, Pegasus Coffee Roaster offers handcrafted blends and single origin coffees available for wholesale.

Our coffees are batch roasted to order daily. For coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, or offices who are interested in purchasing our coffee wholesale, please visit our wholesale services page.

Mocca Java

Roast: Medium

Smooth, medium bodied, with a deeply satisfying coffee aroma, ending in a nutty note.

Italian Roast

Roast: Dark

Full bodied, with a bitter sweet chocolate finish.

Espresso

Roast: Light
A wonderfully smooth, rich, and floral blend. Slow roasted to a light tan color in the best Northern Italian tradition.

Espresso Organic

Roast: Medium
Distinguished by its full body, deep expansive flavor, and floral acidity blend. Slow roasted to a medium milk chocolate color.

French Roast

Roast: Dark
The darkest of our double roasted in the French tradition, for a bold and rich flavor with a note of smoky and vanilla-nut aroma.

French Organic

Roast: Dark
Aromatic, flavorful and mildly spicy. Double roasted in the French tradition.

Costa Rica

A mildly spicy character with a hint of smokey flavor, sweet in its complex vanilla-nut aroma.

Ethiopia Yrgacheffe
